Our philosophy
We believe the early years are the most formative of a child's life — not because of what they learn, but because of how they learn to feel about learning itself. At Wonder Woods, we cultivate curiosity, not compliance.
Our approach is grounded in decades of developmental science: attachment theory, play-based learning, and the Reggio Emilia tradition. We treat every child as a capable, creative thinker whose ideas deserve to be taken seriously.

Lesson plans follow children's interests, not a fixed calendar. When a child is fascinated by beetles, we go deep on beetles.
Licensing & certifications
State licensed
Fully licensed and inspected by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division.
CPR & First Aid
All staff maintain current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification at all times.
Certified educators
All of our teachers hold early childhood education certification from an accredited college or university.
